Refund policy
All returns must follow the steps listed below to receive proper credit.
. You must obtain a return authorization, before returning any items.
. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
. The returned item(s) must be in their original condition and unopened. No credit on any opened item(s).
. The return must be within ten days from the date of purchase (including weekends).
. No returns on special orders (non-stock items) and drop shipments.
. No return on RX items per State regulation.
. No credit on products returned as defective unless verified by the manufacturer.
. Davis Dental reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge on all qualified returns.
