PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT TERMS OF

SALES, RETURN POLICIES AND WARRANTIES AS IT APPLIES TO

EVERY PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT TRANSACTION.

 

Payment Terms: Open account billings are net 30 days from the invoice date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A monthly 2% service fee will be applied to all past due balances. There is a $35 minimum charge on all returned checks.

 

Return Policy: All returns must follow the steps listed below to receive proper credit.

  • You must obtain return authorization, before returning any items.
  • All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
  • The returned item(s) must be in their original condition and unopened. No credit on any opened item(s).
  • The return must be within ten days from the date of purchase (including weekends).
  • No returns on special orders (non-stock items) and drop shipments.
  • No return on Rx items per State regulation.
  • No credit on products returned as defective, unless verified by the manufacturer.
  • Davis Dental reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge on all qualified returns.

 

Warranties and additional term of sales: The following term of sales applies to all supplies and equipment.

  • Federal and State regulations require us to limit the sale of Prescription drugs and Controlled substances to licensed professionals. All purchasers must adhere to Federal and State laws in purchasing any Rx and any controlled substances. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Risk of loss as to all the materials and equipment sold will pass to buyer upon delivery to designated address by the buyer and the title will transfer upon receipt of full payment by the seller.
  • Manufacturers expressed and implied warranties govern all applicable warranties. Seller does not offer any warranty expressed or implied, unless noted in writing. The buyer must perform required maintenance recommended by manufacturer in order for the warranty to be in effect.
  • Davis Dental guaranties repair and installation for 90 days after the repair or installation, provided the malfunction is not due to misuse, negligence, usage of equipment or product for unintended purpose, breakage or usage outside the scope of agreement.
  • Davis Dental will install equipment in accordance to manufacturers guidelines and safety, and the technical requirements by the local municipalities. Davis Dental is not responsible for disconnecting, removing or any electrical and plumbing work in order to complete the installation of any equipment.
  • Davis Dental is not responsible for errors and omissions made by its vendors, for is it responsible for clerical errors during course of business.
  • Davis Dental will make its best effort to deliver products and equipment on time as scheduled, however, it would not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances not in its control.
  • Davis Dental is not responsible for damages to finished floors and other aspects of the building during installation unless it is due to negligence by our staff.
  • Purchaser's sole remedy for alleged defects on any product or equipment is against its manufacturer and not Davis Dental.
